Umm, yeah, it's my blog's two year anniversary today!! i have no ideas on how to celebrate so instead i'm going to share some of the random thoughts that have been going through my head today.

Re-discovering!

So i've been re-discovering a few things lately, like hanging out with old friends that i pretty much lost touch with. This book by this man (comic genius). Sooo excited for the film, although i suspect it will be very americanised. And this song:



Having been out of the country for 4 months, i wasn't sure if they had released this or not and if there would be a video. But they did and there is! i hadn't listened to The Editors for at least 6 weeks until yesterday & i had this song on repeat the whole 45 minute journey home on the Pod. Love it! Love it! Love it!

Where the ipod is! Seriously, while i was travelling i only had to listen to a certain song to be remind of a particular person or memory. Music means so much to me. And La Pod makes my train journeys a lot more bearable. Little known fact about moi: i have the word 'Dream' engraved on the back of my ipod. i also have it tattooed on my right arm in Thai! i have a real tattoo itch at the moment, not meaning that my tattoos are itchy but that i want to get another one done! i've come up with a few designs for the inside of my right wrist but can't decide. And Katie, stop panicking that i'm going to look like the amazing tatooed woman the next time you see me!

Wednesday was a day of crapness that i'd rather erase.

New serise of Shipwrecked started today! woo! Just what you need for a Sunday morning. Love it!

Most random dinner ever at Anna's today, jacket potatoe + cheese + peas + mini kieves = good! + i didn't have to wash up in the bathroom (we are re-doing kitchen which = total nightmare!).

Back to working in the attic tomorrow.

Rockin' it out with paint and the ribbler!

First day in my new temp job today. It was fun catching the train to work, i'm sure the novelty will wear off soon enough. The team are really nice, but i wasn't set up on the system so there wasn't a whole lot to do.

i really do love my single life you know, despite my occasional monage that it would be nice to have a boyfriend, i love love love being single & all the good stuff that comes with it. :)

It's all about rockin' it out with the paint at the moment!! + i'm really into ribbling my cardstock. i began a mega purge of my stash this weekend, seriously it exhausted me! Had lots of fun scrapping too. i also have a few layouts which i uber love, but are not for share-sies right now. sowee!! But i did upload some old school stuff from last year to my flickr account, including some mini's.

Here's a sneeky peek of my Happinness is__________ album. This is a kit i bought from Miss Contes way back when. i was saving it for when i got back from my trip & have based the whole album on my travels. i'll definately do another album on this theme, was really pleased with how this turned out! Crazy mad for the colours + it feels great to have a whole completed project (i did this in just two sittings). It was hard to resist the urge to stick buttons all over the pages though! Had a loooaaad of new photos turn up yesterday and a cute little sticker book from Moo. Love that company! Really impresed with the quality of my pics from photobox, i'm so happy with my camera i want to kiss it!! New photos always inspire me to scrap. Photos make me sooo happy, makes my heart all warm looking back on memories. Seriously makes me smile! i love my hobbies!
